CryptoBot allows you to delete your account and all associated data at any time.

How to Delete Your Account

In-App Deletion

You can delete your account directly within the CryptoBot app:

Open the CryptoBot app
Tap on the Profile tab
Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
Confirm the deletion when prompted

Your account and all data will be deleted immediately.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed from our servers:

Data Type	Details
Account Information	Email address, display name, profile data
Alert Rules	All price alerts and notification settings
Portfolio Data	Holdings, watchlist, and transaction history
App Preferences	Language settings, notification preferences

Important: If you have an active Pro subscription, please cancel it through the App Store or Google Play Store before deleting your account. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription billing.

Data Retention After Deletion

Once your account is deleted:

All personal data is permanently removed from our active systems immediately
Backup copies may take up to 30 days to be fully purged
Some anonymized, aggregated analytics data may be retained (this data cannot identify you)
We may retain certain data if required by law or to resolve disputes
